Often people know only small fractions of the collections of concepts and those concepts that are known people tend to have only glimpses to little understanding of the concepts. So little that they would struggle to explain them in any clear language to themselves or anyone else. - What: This course will cover the 6 basic emotions as well as multiple secondary and tertiary emotions.
- The basic emotions are joy, sadness, fear, anger, surprise, and disgust.

- Five of the tertiary emotions are affection, disappointment, apprehension, envy, and shame.

This course list is for practical hard skillsets that will help you greatly in life to save money and live effectively for yourself and for others you care and love.
- Cooking Basics – Learn and memorize the various lessons needed to be confident at the cooking basics. Knowing at least the basics will help you feel better by eating healthier and save money but not spending a lot of money on unhealthy foods.
- Cooking Intermediate – Learn and memorize various lessons to get more confident with more cooking skills. This will help you make food that you typically would buy at a restaurant for a lot of money but now you can do it at home on your own. You will save a lot of money, eat a lot more tasty foods, and enjoy wonderful meals with people you like and love more often.
- Tool Basics – Learn and memorize the various lessons needed to be confident with tool basics. Knowing the basics will help you be able to repair things and maybe even do a little bit of DIY (Do It Yourself) projects. You won’t have to feel hopeless without a paid handyman any longer.
- Tool Intermediate – Learn and memorize various lessons to get more confident with tool skills. Knowing even more about tools will help you save money buy being able to do more advanced repairs and do even more DIY projects that will make you feel very capable in your life. You won’t just be able to help yourself, but you will be able to help others you care about or love as well.
- Vehicle Maintenance – Your vehicle is an important part of your life and knowing how to maintain it is critical. This course will help you learn how to maintain your vehicle in the most basic ways you are likely to encounter. Things like the noises to be aware of, what happens if something is going bad, etc. Some people think that not changing their oil is ok and have no idea what kind of consequences they are going to encounter. This course will show you. This course will also talk about the maintenance schedules you should be aware of other than oil changes so you are not caught off guard and can get ahead of trouble. You may know about oil and getting your brakes changed and maybe even about spark plugs. You may not know much about other items that tend to go out and what to look for such as water pumps, starter, coil packs, muffler, etc. You will also want to know about tires a lot more than you thought you would need to. Learn in this course instead of regretting not knowing later. This isn’t a mechanics course, this is a course for everyone that owns a vehicle or is going to be using one to get around.

This course list is for practical soft skillsets that will help you greatly in life to live effectively and help you reduce the harm you do to yourself or others. You will never be able to eliminate the harm, only reduce it.
Much like class at a grade-school or university, this course list will utilize various books that have already done the heavy lifting of a lot of research. A curiculum will be generated based on specific topics that may use one or multiple books to cover.
- Aesop’s Fables (one book) – Learn about and memorize the various lessons from Aesop’s Fables to help improve your life.
- Non-Violent Communication (multiple books) – Learn and memorize the various strategies from Marshall B. Rosenberg’s Non-Violent Communication work.

- Negotiation (multiple books) – It can be very complicated to figure out how to negotiate with people. It will not just be important in your jobs or career, but absolutely critical in your long term relationships. Without being able to negotiate you will have to either push the other person around, which will cause them to leave eventually, or you just leave, which is something you will be miserable over. The history on this topic is long and painful. Thankfully great success has been made in this research space.
- Trust (multiple books)- Trust is hard to have and easy to lose, and miserable to not have or lose. In this course you will learn what it takes to gain it, maintain it, and what happens if you lose it. If you lose it, there are ways to deal with that but there are no guarantees you will be able to repair the relationship, you can only do your best and hope they forgive you and allow you to rebuild trust with them.
