Sleep, it’s that place you go to when you can’t stay awake anymore and have to go somewhere else. It’s quite important for your health and productivity. People have a lot of notions about sleep that are dangerous and unhelpful to themselves. Then the second thing to consider is that after you’ve decided sleep is important for you, how do you do that well? You could just lay down on the floor or in a chair and see how that goes, but I imagine that won’t work out for you too well.
Importance of Sleep
Sleep is super important. It’s not just something you do because your body won’t let you stay awake anymore. If you are only going to sleep when your body just won’t let you stay awake anymore, you are probably not getting sleep you need when you need it or for how long you need it.
