Hygiene is important and many people may not understand it very well in terms of what it is, how to do it, and what’s the importance of doing it. This isn’t just about washing either. It’s about general maintenance of these areas.

- Body
- Armpits – wash, deodorant (types)
- Genitals – wash (how to not hurt yourself…)
- Butt – wash
- Face – wash, face creams?
- Behind ears – wash
- Neck – wash
- Back – wash (how to), how to dry effectively (and what happens if you don’t)
- Arms and Legs – wash (areas that will do weird things if you don’t)
- Feet – wash (how to so you feel good, how to do so you don’t fall down)
Then of course there is the mouth but that’s it’s own important thing.
