Love is complicated but we all want it. There is the obvious kind people want which is the romantic kind. Then there is the kinds such as friends have, that family has, and that community has. Hopefully the resources shared here will help you with the understanding you desire to have and seek to find.
You may ask yourself, what does love really mean? That’s a question a lot of people have. Perhaps I’ll be able to share that at some point. Then also the types of love and how they may be inspired or achieved.
To start, let’s examine the romantic love through the triangle theory of love: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triangular_theory_of_love
Deeply important to romantic love are the ideas of love languages and attachment styles.

It’s important to note that there is love that is felt and the love that is shown. Most people feel that they love someone but that other person does not feel loved by that same person that does love them. This is because if you love someone, that is what you feel from the other person, not what you have given to that other person through who you are. People can love you from your passive qualities and actions but we also need to have active qualities and actions to show love.
How we communicate often is a large driver in showing people love through actions because communication is an action you have to purposely do.
