This is where unstructured notes will go to later be integrated into the structured format.
Pattern breaking is necessary. Flow is what people like and so hard outs have to be created often to let us escape the flow when necessary or very beneficial to do so. This can be in unfruitful dialogs where you have to bail out because both sides are just spinning their wheels. You often want to continue because you’ve sunk so much time and effort into the conversation you want a resolution. The sunk cost fallacy comes into play often.
There is no strength without struggle.
Too much struggle brings doom.
Too little struggle brings weakness.
Too much weakness brings doom.
The golden mean is important to consider in most situations. The idea is that often things are most beneficial within a particular range between the extremes. Sometimes the extremes are required but in many situations they are detrimental only. Even with the golden mean the golden mean must be applied.
Examples of applicability for any particular lesson is useful because otherwise you have to figure out when to apply those lessons. Often that is hard to do. There are many many lessons to use, but to refer to all of them at all times is unreasonable.
Better done poorly than not at all.
Better late than never.

There are many books and things in general to read. You may not read them all.
There are many songs to listen to. You may not listen to them all.
There are many TV shows, movies, and videos in general to watch. You may not watch them all.
There are many people to be friends with. You may not be friends with them all.
There are many people to be in love with. You may not love them all.
There are many people you could marry. You may not marry them all.
It is important to firmly understand that there are limited things you may do and the rest of the things you will not be able to do. The things in which you will not be able to do are much more in quantity than the things you may do.
Firmly integrating this into the core of who you are will help you appreciate the value of what you do experience a great deal more than if you did not. It also will help you more clearly understand just how important it is to invest in things that will have a much greater payoff than things that will not. This links with the lessons of investing your time appropriately.
Is the range of costs worth the benefit amount and type that can be had? What about the risks involved?

Address the Big Five traits. Since conscientiousness is one of the big five. That is addressed because Opportunity Cost must be addressed.
Communication is important. People are not mind readers.
Most people don’t want to know your thoughts on their behavior or personality that you find to be unpleasant, detrimental, or flawed in whatever other ways that it could be. Unless people ask for critique, it’s basically pointless to try. There are caveats for this like if they are your children or partner or close friend that wants you to tell them these types of things. You may ask people if they want critical and constructive critiques, but even if they say yes, it is unlikely to be of much use. When you go away from a person for such flaws, you can tell them why you are parting ways from them, but they likely don’t care. Some people want the input. Most do not. This is an unfortunate reality, but is what it is. Just something to understand and cope with the best you can.
